The target of the thesis is concept of specific internal directives which will abide by actual valid legislation and regulations and which defines and ensures the same procedures for methods of performance stocktaking of assets and circulation of accounting documents in whole company.

The possibilities of using electronic archiving in accounting

This diploma thesis deals with an electronic (digital) archiving issue and its using in the financial accounting and general company matters. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes the legislative framework in the archiving theory, after that there is an analysis of means for the internal and external communication in companies. At the end of the theoretical part is contained an archiving standardization, archiving strategies and some products and solutions to a trustworthy electronic archiving in organizations. The practical part is based on the author's survey about using the electronic archiving in the Czech Republic. The procedure of the survey was performed by sending of an electronic questionnaire. At first, the structure of respondents is pursued, in the second part follows the analysis of the reached outcome.

Circulation of accounting documents in the company and their computerization

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to record circulation of accounting documents in company molton, Ltd. The theoretical part deals with accounting documents in written and electronic form and describes their circulation within the company. I focus on the legal requirements which are set for these documents throughout their lifecycle. In one of the chapters I also outline the opportunities of using information technology in the circulation of documents. In the practical part of the thesis is theoretical knowledge applied to the company molton, Ltd. I describe the actual circulation of documents and the changes induced by recent transition to a new accounting software. In conclusion, I assess the current situation and suggest some changes.

Electronic circulation of accounting documents

This thesis describes a circulation of accounting documents in an accounting entity, deals with legal requirements of the entire process and discusses it as a part of an internal control system of the entity. In connection with the theme of the work there are also defined legislative conditions for using information and communication technologies and introduced possibilities of involving these technologies in the process of processing of the accounting documents. Above all the electronic data interchange EDI and XML language are compared with invoice imaging. In a practical part of the thesis it is firstly described the current way of processing of accounting documents at ECE Projektmanagement Praha s.r.o. and its parental company ECE International Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. Based on this information there is presented an outline of increase of efficiency of the circulation of accounting documents in the subsidiary company in connection with implementation of an information system RDLWS.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the circulation and processing of accounting documents. In the first part there are business processes, their definitions, classification and the ways of their improvement. The second part describes the issues of workflow from systems for automatization of business processes up to the process of circulation and processing of accounting documents. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the circulation and processing of accounting documents in the chosen company, evaluate this process and provide recommendations which would make this process more efficient.
